• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products.
• Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
• Delayed shipments caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details.

3. Refund Process

4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
